- Order Processing: All orders are processed within a 24 hour working period after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer various shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: (2-4 business days)
- Express Shipping: (next working day delivery if order received before 3pm)
- International Standard Shipping: (7-11 working days)
- International Express Shipping: (1-3 working days)
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
4. International Shipping
We are excited to offer international shipping! Please note the following:
- International shipping times may vary, and customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred during international shipping.
- Delivery times for international orders may take anywhere from 1 day to 11 working days depending on the destination and service selection.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for all shipments.
- Due to certain regulations, we may not ship to certain countries or regions. If you encounter issues during checkout, please contact our customer service team.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order on the website of the shipping carrier for real-time updates on its status.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

- Damaged Packages: If your items arrive damaged, please notify us within 1-2 business days of receiving your order for potential returns or replacements. Include pictures of the damage in your email to expedite the process.
