Refund Policy

We offer a hassle-free return process for items purchased from our online store. You may return most new, unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note that specific items may have different return conditions, as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Returned within 14 days after receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including but not limited to:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at support@kaarighar.co.uk or use our online returns portal. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorisation: We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) you are returning, including the original packing slip, and write your RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Package: Send your return to the address provided in the return authorisation email. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you received an incorrect item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For exchanges or returns of non-defective items, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
  • If the item is defective or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact customer service for a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will send out your exchange item at no additional shipping cost for the first exchange.

7. Late Returns

Returns postmarked after the 14 day return window will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and provide you with a full refund or a replacement at our discretion.
